Applications received on the last day will be evaluated on the next meeting date.
ATADEK application forms should only be filled in Turkish.

Our Clinical Research Ethics Committee accepts applications using the documents utilized by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK). The application requires the completion of two separate undertakings attached, and the sections up to the members in the Decision Form must be filled in and added to the study file.
All forms must be signed and scanned or electronically signed.
The application forms follow the format used by TİTCK. Applications can be made with the forms available on the TİTCK website.
The application file must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines for Research Applications provided by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK). Therefore, reviewing the guideline before submitting the application is of great importance.
