Acıbadem Health and Education Foundation was founded on May 28th, 2002.
Foundation was founded to:

Contribute to increase our country’s level of education and healthy living conditions;

Found and operate University, Special Education Academies, Hospitals and Health Facilities and Exclusive Specialty Institutes;

Educate qualified health professionals;

Contribute to the education of students in health field by in-cash and in-kind support;

Conduct necessary researches that would enable health institutions to provide more productive services as well as to create projects in this field and put them in action.
In accordance with this purpose, Foundation founded Acıbadem University, in 2007. Besides providing scholarship for many students studying at Acıbadem University, the Foundation also has been shedding light on science by supporting academic personnel’s scientific work (national and international congress attendances and publications), since it was founded.
