To renew registration at Kerem Aydinlar Student Dormitories:

Application date is between May 15th – June 15th. The students, whose applications are approved, are obligated to make a downpayment until June 15th in the amount of 25% of the accommodation fee determined for the new academic year by student dormitory management. The balance should be paid- off no later than September 1st. The applications, which are submitted after that period and also during the year, are accepted as well. Yet, those applications made after that time interval, are taken into consideration after the evaluation of new students’ college applications, furthermore after their accommodation is completed. In case of no vacancy, applications are put on hold on a first come first serve basis. The students, who apply to the student dormitory for the next year, are not eligible for deposit refund. Students, who renew their dormitory registrations, are obligated to pay the difference, if the deposit amount is higher than the amount they previously paid.

The Documents Requested From the Students Who Are Staying at Kerem Aydinlar Student Dormitories (Students who renew registration)

  • Application Form

  • Acibadem Mehmet Ali Aydinlar University Kerem Aydinlar Student Dormitories Agreement, as signed by the student

  • Kerem Aydinlar Student Dormitory accommodation fee receipt and deposit receipt (Student’s name and TR ID number should be written in the explanation section of the receipts.)

  • Copy of identification

  • Student Certificate

  • Criminal Record and Archive Record Documents,

  • For foreign students: Copies of education permit document, passport, residence permit documents and foreign identification number,

  • Residence Certificate,

  • 6 photographs (Biometric photographs are not accepted)

Application Cancelation for Students Who Renew Their Registrations and Who Are Doing New Registrations to Student Dormitories Between May 15th – June 15th.

Students, who cancel their applications until the beginning of university’s new student registration date, are refunded the deposits they paid, but the downpayments are not refunded.

In Order To Do New Registration to Kerem Aydinlar Student Dormitories:

Students, who will register to the university for the first time, can fill-out Kerem Aydinlar Student Dormitories application form at Acibadem Mehmet Ali Aydinlar University website and send it to acuogrenciyurdu@acibadem.edu.tr for pre-application.

After dormitory management’s evaluation, the students, who are accepted, receive ‘acceptance letter’ via e-mail.

Application Cancelation for Students Who Have New University Enrollment

If a student, who is served an acceptance letter in response to his/her application, does not make the downpayment, his/her application is considered canceled.

A student, who does not pay the remainder (balance) before the due date even though he/she made a downpayment, is considered to have canceled his/her application. The downpayment is not refunded.

Turning in the application and the documents: Can be submitted to dormitory management between 09:00–18:00 hours in person during weekdays or can be sent via courier. Registrations of students, who submitted insufficient documents, are revoked even if they had made their payments. Their payments are refunded.

Fees

An agreement is drawn up for dormitory stay. Agreement is valid for the academic year. (If a department’s/program’s final exam schedule differs from other departments/programs in an academic calendar, then the relevant students are allowed to stay longer.)

Agreement does not involve summer period and summer school.

One time full-payment method via any bank and any credit card is avaliable at https://odeme.acibadem.edu.tr/. 3 and 6 installment options are available for Maximum, Bonus, World and Axess Credit Cards.

To be able to make payment by using e-payment:

  • Log in to https://odeme.acibadem.edu.tr/

  • Fill-out TR ID Number and Date of Birth sections and click ENTER

  • Click MAKE PAYMENT to pay your debt shown on the screen

  • Fill-out your Credit Card information

    Credit Card holder’s name

    Credit Card number

    Expiration date

    CVC (security code on the back of the card)

  • Choose one of three options: Full payment, 3 installments or 6 installments

  • Check the boxes ‘Use 3D Secure’ and ‘I Read the Service Agreement and Accepted’

  • You should enter the amount you want to pay (As for the payments with installments, the interest-added amount is shown)

  • You should enter the SECURITY password sent by the bank and click OK, thus the transcation is completed.

Interest is applied to the payments made in installments. Banks’ + installment options and interest rates vary. Banks have the right to increase or decrease their + installment options and interest rates periodically.

Banks present their + installment options at the time of registration.

Installment options vary according to the cards’ specifications and commercial cards do not offer + installment options. You may call and get detailed information from the Finance Office about interest difference rates or if the installment transactions don’t go through.

In Girls’ Dormitory:

Units are for 3 people. On the 15th floor, there are two 4-people units. Living room, open-kitchen, bathroom/toilet are common areas.

In Boys’ Dormitory:

Units are for 2 people. Units have open-kitchen, bathroom/toilet.

*Accommodation fee covers breakfast during weekdays (5 days), as well as VAT.

The deposit refund process for the students, who check-out of the student dormitory permanently, starts after the inspection of the room, once the student vacates the room and turns in the key. At this stage, the student must have filled-out the deposit refund form that can be found at the reception or the form below and sent it acuogrenciyurdu@acibadem.edu.tr, e-mail address of student dormitories, or must have turned in to the reception in person. Refund to the bank account is made within the next 30 days of the check-out.

Students staying at the dormitories are responsible for all the items and goods which were provided to them by dormitory management. Students are obligated to turn in all these items and goods back to dormitory management completely and damage-free.

The cost of a damage caused in the student dormitory is compensated by the liable party after the amount is calculated on the date of payment. This payment is deducted from the deposit. As for the items damaged or lost in the common areas, if the liable party is not identified then the cost is charged to all residents who are commonly using that item or area.
