Intra-Institutional Lateral Transfer

Intra-institutional Lateral Transfer refers to the transfer of a student enrolled in departments/programs of Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University to other diploma programs at the same level (undergraduate to undergraduate, from associate degree to associate degree) within the university.

Student admission through intra-institutional lateral transfer is made in accordance with the provisions of Higher Education Council's "Regulation on the Principles of Transfer between Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer" and "Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Undergraduate, Associate Degree Programs Lateral Programs Transfer Directive".

  5. Certificate of Achievement (For lateral transfers from the secondary education programs to a primary education program, a document stating that the student is in the top 10% of the class in terms of success)

  6. Health Report

a) Students of Vocational School of Health Services, First and Emergency Aid, First and Emergency Aid (SE), registered in 2018 and earlier, should obtain a medical board report from either an institution offered by the university for registration or a fully-fledged public hospital, certifying that they do not have any physical or mental disability that would prevent them from pursuing this profession during and after their education,

b) Vocational School Health Services First and Emergency Aid Program, First and Emergency Aid Program (SE) students must obtain another report from the Medical Faculties of Universities or state hospitals capable to issue the necessary report, together with the Health Report in item (a) above. This report should be stating that they have a physical structure and mental health that does not prevent them from obtaining a driver's license, also they should not be shorter than 1.65 m in male students and 1.60 m in female students, and that they should weigh no more than 5 kilograms less or 15 kilograms more than the last two digits of height value expressed in centimeters. As per the program students must have completed the age of 17 on the date of enrollment as it is compulsory for them to drive in 2nd class. While working in a team of two people in rescue and transportation works, they must have the physical and physical competence to carry a patient on a stretcher with their teammate.
