PAPD Policy

Acıbadem University Periodic Academic Performance Evaluation (PAPD) is carried out in order to reveal the quality of academic activities of academic staff, to understand and support their open aspects, to strengthen their institutional belonging and to increase their motivation. PAPD also provides a fair, rational and reliable basis for the contract renewal processes of faculty members. During the evaluation process, the performances of the academicians in the previous period in the fields of research, education, service to the institution/community and achievements and recognition are reviewed. The process is structured and implemented in a way that is carried out with the principles of honesty, transparency and accountability.

PAPD process protects the personal rights of academicians; by evaluating their performance according to the conditions and possibilities of their work areas; aims to provide a rational, inclusive, equitable and peaceful working environment.
