User ID and e-mail address is defined for academicians based on the information conveyed to the Information Processing Directorate by Human Resources, so that academicians can access computers included in our University's network. The defined information is conveyed to academicians by Human Resources. Computer and telephone support is provided to academicians according to their needs. System@acibadem.edu.tr address is used for all kinds of support related to Information Technologies and 0 216 500 44 30 help desk phone is used for emergencies.

AVESIS - Academic Data Management System

It is open to internal and external access via the link https://avesis.acibadem.edu.tr/. AVESIS is an automation software that enables institutions to exhibit effective and strategic management, thanks to its functional modules for various purposes such as creating academic inventory, presenting personal web pages for researchers, producing instant or periodic activity reports and statistical information. It is a software that also includes the academic performance management model developed in order to take an inventory of academic activities, to measure and evaluate the performances of institutions, units, departments and individuals, and to create a sustainable quality assurance system. YÖKSİS is an Academic data management system that works integrated with WoS (Web of Science), Pubmed, Scopus.

DAPSIS – Externally Funded Project Management Processes System

It is open to internal and external access via the link https://dapsis.acibadem.edu.tr/. It is an automation system software developed for the creation and monitoring of the inventory of national and international project applications i.e. European Union, TUBITAK, Ministry of Development, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Agriculture etc. and the execution of the processes of the projects supported in this context.

Electronic Document Management System Software (EBYS)

It is the system in which the correspondence with internal and external institutions is followed in electronic environment within the institution.

Data Access and Data Management

There are folders on the basis of faculties / units. The access of users to the data on the server is defined to the personnel of the relevant institution with the written approval of the data owner - manager.

OBS – Student Information System

It is open to internal and external access via the link https://obs.acibadem.edu.tr/oibs/akademik/login.aspx OBS; is the Student Information System. It is the area where all the academic data of the students are processed and kept during the Education and Training at our University. When the information about the lecturers is forwarded to the Automation Officer by the Human Resources Department, a user login is created and the necessary information is sent to the academics via e-mail. Relevant guides are added to the published announcements so that the instructors and students can carry out the processes smoothly during periods such as course registrations and grade entries. EYS – Education Management System

It is open to internal and external access via the link https://acibadem.almscloud.com/Account/LoginBefore. Since it is integrated with the Student Information System (OBS), it is possible to log in with OBS user information. User information is obtained from the Registrar's Office.

The training management system is the training management software that allows the presentation of content, measurement and evaluation, monitoring and reporting of user information in asynchronous and synchronous education.

Thanks to this software, students' interest in education is monitored and their performance is monitored according to the scores they get from the tests. ASOS – Acıbadem Exam Automation System

It is open to internal and external access via the link https://asos.acibadem.edu.tr/sayfalar/anasayfa/giris.

It consists of a question bank and exam modules. Thanks to ASOS software, midterm, final pre-test and post-test exams can be easily prepared and applied. By printing the exam booklet, exams can be made in the classroom environment as well as remote electronic exams.
