The twelfth of the Scientific Meetings of the Department of Basic Medical Sciences, School of Medicine, was held on April 17, 2023, with the aim of disseminating ongoing scientific studies in the Department of Basic Medical Sciences to the entire School of Medicine, sharing them with research centers within our university, and promoting interdisciplinary scientific collaboration.
In this month's meeting series, our esteemed faculty member, Prof. Beki Kan, the Head of the Department of Biophysics in the Department of Basic Medical Sciences, School of Medicine, was hosted as a speaker. Prof. Kan delivered a presentation titled "An Orphan G-Protein Coupled Receptor, GPR37, Associated with Parkinsonism" to contribute to the participants' knowledge in this field and provide insights into related research.
