Özdeyiş Hulya Isgordu, a Master's program student from the Department of Molecular and Translational Biomedicine at Acıbadem University, participated as our climate ambassador in the 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference. Commonly referred to as COP28, this conference took place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from November 30 to December 12, 2023. It was conducted with the participation of member countries of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, with the goal of reducing global warming and greenhouse gas emissions. Representing our university at COP28, which was formed as a joint declaration of climate ambassadors from universities in Turkey, our student Ozdeyis Hulya Isgordu served on a 12-member editorial team.
