Dear Cooking Program Prospective Students,
Acıbadem University Cooking Program is a 2-year associate degree program. The main purpose of this program is to train chefs who are competent in their profession, curious and questioning, inquisitive, and open to innovations with practice and theory courses.
Gastronomy is a multidisciplinary field. It works as a whole with many fields such as history, geography, sociology, economy and marketing. In this context, knowing the ingredients in a plate; mastering the historical processes of the products, cooking techniques and nutritional values allows a good chef to make a difference in the sector. It is aimed for you to gain a multi-faceted perspective with our experienced academic staff and guests from various fields of the sector that we will host in our school to share their experiences with you for 4 semesters.
