The Culinary Program, which will start formal education with 60 students under the Acıbadem University, Vocational School in the 2014-2015 academic year, will take in a quota of 60 students for evening education. The food and drink services in health facilities differ from other institutions offering food and drink services in terms of its main objectives and structure. In the same way, hospitality in health facilities differs from hospitality in tourism facilities. The Culinary program, which will be accepting students for the first time this year, aims to introduce intermediate staff members to our country and sector with both its course programs and applications which are equipped with differences. Students who complete the Culinary associate degree program and graduate will be able to Vertical Transfer into the following Undergraduate Degree Programs,

  • Family and Consumer Sciences

  • Nutrition and Dietetics Gastronomy

  • Gastronomy and Culinary Arts

  • Culinary Arts and Management.

The Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Department Culinary Program gives associate degree graduates. When the program is successfully completed and the requirements of the program are provided, an Associate Degree Diploma in "Culinary Personnel" is awarded.

Students at our university are not only encouraged to develop in term of knowledge and skills, but also their social skills. At the Kerem Aydınlar Campus where our student clubs and sports centres are located, we ensure that students start their professional life better equipped and with more information and experienced steps.

There are five faculty members on the staff of the Culinary Arts Program. There is a culinary workshop, service hall and conference hall where students can practice. Education is provided in classrooms equipped with projectors and internet connectivity. Additionally, various seminars will be organized where experts and managers in the business world will share their knowledge and experiences.
