The unit was established in 2016 under the Presidency;
Determining the University’s total quality management strategy, preparing the Institutional Internal Evaluation Report, organizing external evaluation processes, organizing quality trainings for stakeholders, organizing and evaluating student, academic and administrative staff satisfaction surveys, conducting internal and external stakeholder evaluation studies, creating the University’s “Strategic Plan” and conducting annual performance evaluations, and providing support in accreditation processes.
