The thirteenth of the Scientific Meetings of the Department of Basic Medical Sciences, School of Medicine, was held on May 17, 2023, with the aim of disseminating ongoing scientific studies in the Department of Basic Medical Sciences to the entire School of Medicine, sharing them with research centers within our university, and promoting interdisciplinary scientific collaboration.
In this month's meeting series, Cardiovascular Surgeon Prof. Serdar Akgün was hosted as a speaker. Prof. Akgün delivered a presentation titled "Why Does a Surgeon Engage in Biochemistry Again?" to contribute to the participants' knowledge in this field and provide insights into related research.
