The project titled "Production and Characterization of Complex Anthocyanins as Natural Food Colorants through Metabolic Engineering in Escherichia coli Cultures," in which Assoc. Prof. Fabienne Dumoulin, a faculty member of the Biomedical Engineering Department at our Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, serves as an advisor, was granted support within TÜBITAK 1001 - Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Program.
