Prof. Abdurrahman Coşkun, a faculty member in the Department of Medical Biochemistry at our School of Medicine, has been awarded the "EFLM Award for Achievements in Advancing Laboratory Medicine in Europe" by the European Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (EFLM).
EFLM is the largest federation of clinical biochemistry and laboratory medicine in Europe, comprised of 41 member countries, and they present awards in various categories every two years. The most prestigious of these is bestowed upon the person who has made the greatest contribution to the field of clinical biochemistry and laboratory medicine in Europe.
This year's award, considered one of the most distinguished, will be presented to Prof. Coşkun at the Euromedlab Congress in Rome from May 21st to 26th, 2023.
