Our staff gathered at the Hidirellez Event

On May 5th, 2023, our university's academic and administrative staff gathered in the garden for the "Welcome Spring" Hidirellez Event.

The event started with the lighting of the Hıdırellez fire, after which participants made wishes and jumped over the flames. As part of the event, our faculty member Prof. Dr. Mert Ülgen, the Chair of the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department of the Faculty of Pharmacy, accompanied the festivities with an accordion performance, and attendees wrote their desired wishes on pieces of paper, which were then hung on the wish tree.

The well-received event ended after enjoying refreshments.
