The seminar titled “The Magical World of Patient Services,” organized with the contributions of Acıbadem University Vocational School of Health Services, Medical Documentation and Secretariat Program, was held on Tuesday, March 6, 2025, at Acıbadem University campus.
At the event, Selin Yıldız, Outpatient Services Team Leader at Dr. Şinasi Can Hospital, participated as a speaker. The seminar covered topics such as patient communication, patient satisfaction and privacy, hospital hierarchy, teamwork, and the management of service processes in healthcare institutions.
Yıldız, who met with students from the program, shared her experiences in the field and provided participants with a professional perspective. A total of 31 participants attended the seminar, which was specifically organized for students of the Medical Documentation and Secretariat (TDS) Program who aspire to pursue a career in the healthcare sector.
