Career Days VII: An Academic Roadmap Presented to Nursing Students

The "Career Days VII" event, organized by the Department of Nursing at Acıbadem University Faculty of Health Sciences, took place on March 12, 2025, at the Kerem Aydınlar Campus. The event attracted significant interest from nursing students who are nearing graduation.

The aim of the event was to raise awareness among students about academic career opportunities after graduation and to guide those interested in pursuing an academic path regarding the necessary qualifications and application processes. It was intended to help participants gain insight into academic development and enable them to create well-structured career plans.

As part of the program, Prof. Dr. Esra Uğur, a faculty member of the Department of Nursing, delivered a presentation titled "My Academic Roadmap After Graduation." The presentation thoroughly addressed the competencies required for an academic career, the application processes, and key considerations to keep in mind throughout.

The event was attended by 30 students and concluded with an interactive Q&A session, during which students had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion.
