Center of Advanced Simulation and Education (CASE)

CASE is among the first three centers among its peers in the world, where a very special education model is applied with its simulated patients, electronic learning and skill laboratories. However, it is the only center in Turkey that also includes the Advanced Endoscopic / Robotic Surgery Training Center. CASE differentiates with its medical simulation training modalities and technological infrastructure.

The main objective of the undergraduate education programs at CASE is to provide students with both basic clinical skills and management skills. The post-graduation training programs consist of advanced courses for branches. The aims of these courses are; to maximize the technical skills of the participants, as well as their teamwork and communication skills.

Thanks to a special software used in CASE, all trainings – from electronic learning to post-simulation evaluation stage – are tracked on a personal basis. Thanks to the software; data collected from 80 cameras, simulators and medical devices in the center reaches the trainers, so that very important information can be obtained about the performance of the participants during the training.
