Dear Students and Prospective Students,
As the Vocational School of Acıbadem University, our goal is to educate our students not only as skilled professionals but also as individuals who think critically, uphold ethical values, use technology effectively, and embrace lifelong learning.
The Culinary Arts, Computer Programming, and Biomedical Equipment Technology programs offered by our Vocational School are two-year associate degree programs taught in Turkish. Through our optional English Preparatory Program, students have the opportunity to strengthen their language proficiency, enabling them to pursue national and international career goals with greater confidence.
We believe that the foundation of vocational education lies in practical experience. Therefore, we complement theoretical instruction with modern hands-on training, allowing our students to gain real-world professional experience before graduation. Students in the Culinary Arts Program receive practical training in modern teaching kitchens; students in the Biomedical Equipment Technology Program develop their skills in testing and calibration laboratories as well as at our CASE (Center of Advanced Simulation and Education); and students in the Computer Programming Program receive applied training in computer laboratories equipped with up-to-date technological infrastructure.
One of the most important components of our education model is our internship program, which integrates academic learning with industry experience. Through internships at the advanced healthcare facilities of the Acıbadem Healthcare Group, our students enhance their professional knowledge and skills in real working environments, gain experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, and prepare themselves for successful professional careers.
Upon graduation, students who wish to continue their education may transfer to bachelor's degree programs through the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS), providing them with opportunities to further their academic studies, expand their career prospects, and specialize in their chosen fields.
