Last year, Acıbadem University School of Medicine earned the privilege to display the TQF logo on their graduation certificates. The TQF logo represents a national framework that defines, classifies, and compares the formal educational qualifications offered in our country.
The official launch event for the TQF Logo took place on June 14, 2023, in Ankara. The ceremony brought together over 180 representatives from various institutions, including the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of National Education, Council of Higher Education (YÖK), Higher Education Quality Board, Vocational Qualifications Authority (MYK), and numerous higher education institutions.
During the gathering, attended by esteemed individuals such as Prof. Nadi Bakırcı, the Dean of the School of Medicine at Acıbadem University, as well as General Secretary Mustafa Can Bakır and Dr. Demet Dinç, an instructional staff member at the School of Medicine, commemorative plaques were presented to representatives from 40 higher education institutions who were granted the right to feature the TQF logo on their graduation certificates.
In recognition of Acıbadem University's achievement, the TQF Plaque was bestowed upon Prof. Nadi Bakırcı, representing the university's School of Medicine. Starting from this year, the graduation certificates of Acıbadem University's School of Medicine will proudly bear the TQF logo, symbolizing the acknowledgment of national professional competence in medical education.
