Computer scientists and engineers see difficulties they face along the way as opportunities to learn the foundational simplicity of seemingly complex systems. As they gain more experience through fearless execution under uncertainty, they are well-poised to succeed in their careers.

Bilgisayar mühendisliği bir yaşam tarzıdır. Bilgisayar mühendisleri insanların günlerini hatta bazen aylarını alan rutin işleri programlar geliştirerek çözer. Program yazarak, sistem tasarlayarak ve katma-değer üreterek kişinin özgüveni artar.
Bilgisayar mühendisliği sosyal olmayı gerektirir. Bilgisayar mühendisleri dijital transformasyon projelerinin hayata geçirilmesinde liderlik görevi üstlenen becerikli kişilerdir. Müşteriler ile iletişim kuran, müşterilerin ihtiyaçlarını anlayan ve bu ihtiyaçlara yönelik çözümler üreten vazgeçilmez takım oyuncularıdır.
Bilgisayar mühendisi yaptığı hataları daha iyi öğrenmek ve görünürde karmaşık, özünde basit ilişkileri fark etmek için birer fırsat olarak görür. Yeni deneyimler için önce imkan sonra da korkmadan denemek gerekir. Deneyim kazanmak başarıyı da beraberinde getirecektir.
