When the field distribution of articles published between 2020 and 2024 is examined according to WoS data, studies in surgery, neurology, oncology, internal medicine, and pediatrics stand out (Figure 1).

Medical Faculty Mentorship Program
At Acıbadem University Faculty of Medicine, the Pre-Graduation Mentorship Program has been implemented for all students since the establishment of the faculty in order to support their academic, social, and career development. Each student is paired with a faculty member mentor; the mentorship process is carried out not only through individual meetings but also, as of the 2024–2025 academic year, through a hybrid mentorship model that includes group interaction.
