Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting, which brings young scientists together with Nobel Prize-winning scientists and will be held for the 70th time this year in Germany, our faculty member from Turkey, Assist. Prof. Dr.Yasemin Uçal was also eligible to participate. 68 Nobel Prize-winning scientists from different fields, especially in the fields of Physics, Chemistry, Physiology or medicine, will meet 650 young researchers selected from more than 100 countries of the world and share their experiences with young researchers.
Held in July 28 June-July 3, 2020 in Germany, the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting has been held since 1951. As part of the agreement signed between TUBITAK and the Lindau Council and the foundation in 2009, young doctoral researchers selected from our country can also participate in these meetings. Young researchers are wide open
Assist. Prof.Dr. who was selected by a jury of 200 international academics and was eligible to meet 68 Nobel Prize-winning scientists said that "I am very proud and very excited to be selected among the young researchers who will meet Nobel Prize-winning scientists. Both educational and social activity for 5 days
Belonging to 13 different nationalities from different areas such as Physics, Chemistry, Physiology and medicine, the owner of Nobel Prize in chemistry in 1980 88-year-old Walter Gilbert, in addition to the G.Kaelin, Jr. the owner of the Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine for the year 2019 were also among the scientists. Young researchers will meet with Nobel Prize-winning scientists for 5 days in social activities as well as educational seminars.
