Under the coordination of Acıbadem University, Istanbul University, and TÜSEB, it is supported by the Istanbul Development Agency (İSTKA) and has been officially launched as of November 2019, with the “Feasibility Project for the,” project for the diagnosis and treatment of rare diseases. The feasibility studies of the ISTISNA platform guided project, which aims to create a model, has begun.
The “Stakeholder Network Meeting and Workshop”, the first important event of the project for stakeholders, took place on February 3, 2020. “Key stakeholders” who will directly support the İSTISNA platform, which will be implemented as a guided project in the workshop, and have the competence to participate in the diagnosis and follow-up council to be created within the platform, came together.
The “Stakeholder Network Meeting and Workshop” started with the general introduction and acquaintance of the EXCEPTION platform and then started the workshop phase. Participants discussed the activities and operation of the platform at five different tables, each divided into a topic, and presented their suggestions and opinions on the subject. The activity ended when each participant spent about 30 minutes at all tables, completing the topics.
